Inventory levels have remained low resulting in many properties receiving multiple offers and offer above the listing price.  While multiple offers are being received it is important to present your home in the best possible condition in order to net the highest price in the shortest amount of time.

While searching you can set up a saved search with an email alert so that new listings are sent directly to your email address as new homes come on the market.

There are several pre-set up searches for you to use. 

1.  Search for short sales by clicking on the link at the top of the page in the navigation bar.  There you will be taken directly to a map search of all Short Sales in Orange County.  If an agent is advertising short sales on craigslist and they are also on the MLS it should show up here.

2.  Search for Foreclosures also by clicking on the appropriate link in the navigation bar.  Again, if it is on craislist and also on the MLS you should be able to located the foreclosure here.

3.  Standard residential sales, looking for a regular sale has never been easier.  You can search by using a map function or directly with an advanced search.  You can also search by city, by features sunch as a pool, single story, luxury and many more preset searches.
